Can we explain what happened?

Change Sets bind work to its purpose, declared file and semantic scopes, Git base, branch and worktree. Evidence, review decisions and handoffs are durable records rather than claims in a chat transcript.

Implemented, verified, reviewed and releasable are separate states. A passing command is not proof of publication or an independent review.

One responsibility, explicit connections

Frog remains the operational scheduler and lock coordinator during the migration. Sylvae can produce run evidence; Nostoi verifies compatible audit chains; Rebekah packages the self-hosted runtime.

The website introduces the project. Its local ledger and runtime retain authority over engineering work; this page does not expose a remote claim, evidence-execution or review API.

Start locally
